Richard spent the first 20 years of his career as a television and radio host on both sides of the Atlantic.
Taking his experience behind the camera, he established himself as an inventive and influential format creator. His first three formats all premiered in primetime in 2021, all three were renewed and all three sold internationally.
As the Founder of YYM, he leads creative both in development and production, as well as guiding the commercial direction of the company.

Dan is overseeing the social strategy and content for the company, including the launching of original productions for our YouTube channel.
He has previously worked with global brands such as Google, Netflix, Xbox, PlayStation and WIRED to create engaging, social first content that resonates with audiences.

Amy has worked on a number of huge productions and has brought her experience to YYM to oversee all aspects of production management - from development to the setup of new productions.

As Director of Production, Lydia oversees the financial, commercial and operational side of the company, ensuring all aspects of the company run smoothly.
She has previously held Head of Production roles at HiddenLight Productions and Avalon TV.

For over 20 years, Marc has been one of the industry's most in-demand comedy writers and creatives, spanning television, radio, film and advertising.
He heads up the YYM development team, creating new formats and writing across the whole slate.

Formerly with Independent Talent, Tish has extensive experience in diary management, logistics and event planning.
Tish’s detailed understanding of the entertainment industry goes hand-in-hand with her experience managing busy projects.

Fiona started her career at the BBC, going on to work in the Executive and Government Relations Department for the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne 2006.
With an extensive career in Events both in the UK and abroad, she joined the Stylist Group in 2015 where she was Head of Events, producing their flagship large-scale, award-winning activations.

Khai supports the development team on all aspects of research, creation of visual and VT presentations and brainstorming across the YYM slate.

Mark Sidaway is a 5 times BAFTA winning Executive Producer. Mark was the Show Runner on 10 series of the entertainment juggernaut The X Factor, launching a host of household names including One Direction.
Mark has produced entertainment shows for all the leading UK broadcasters and has produced Network shows in the U.S. Recent credits include Show Running The Platinum Party at the Palace, The Coronation Concert and launching Prince William’s Earthshot Prize, the planet’s most prestigious environmental awards.
